NEW CLIENTS ONLY! A 25-dollar DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED for in-office services and a 50-dollar DEPOSIT for mobile appointments, when booking for FIRST-TIME CLIENTS ONLY. The deposit will go towards your first appointment. Also, there's a 15-minute grace period; you will lose your deposit if you don't show to your appointment without notice or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.

REFUND POLICY:

Unfortunately, for services we cannot accept any refund request, all services (including packages) purchased, booked, or completed are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of the booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded because of concerns or expected results. We are committed to assisting our clients with all their problems and shall advise on correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed..
